I was wondering why we can we not submit pictures into Tsukino-con 2015 folder yet?

How would I become a "Contributors" I attend the con and bring my camera take picture but how do I become a Contributors so I can share those pictures?
I still got pictures from Tsukino Con 2013 & 2014 that I need to upload. When I do upload would you want them? BTW I am attending Tsukino Con 2015 again this year with my cousin like I have the past two/three years.
Can this be added to Tsukino-con 2014?
